Canon FS400 Flash Memory Camcorder – I received this camera,and right from the box it was inoperable. I inserted the battery, plugged in the charger, along with the ‘charging’ light did not arrive on, nor would it turn on, at all. I’m really sick and sick and tired of being sent defective merchandise.
