I purchased the ASUS U35JC-XA1 Laptop here from amazon and I am extremely impressed.
Pros:
Wonderful battery existence (6-9 hrs for internet and Phrase processing)
Good Chiclet (Island style) Keyboard
Exceptional Processor
Graphics processor very good for any light notebook (okay for gaming on 1 12 months previous video games on medium settings)
Light-weight
Brilliant screen (contrary to other evaluations there exists no screen door effect on my LCD)

Cons:
Faint large pitched sound in energy save mode(I can not hear it above qualifications noise unless I hold fan outlet beside my ear)
Shiny Black plastic is simple to leave finger prints (near LCD and on Battery)
No Cd/DVD Drive (honestly I don’t observe movies on my laptop computer and only install programs in your own home so an external-drive is good)
viewing-angle (distortions in colours or contrast with tilting greater than 30 degrees but not uncommon within this notebook class)

All round, I bought this Ultra light laptop computer due to the fact I wanted an extended battery existence without the need of compromising: processing energy, graphic skills, memory size, challenging drive capacity, or weight. Luckily this laptop computer offers it all without the need of compromising good quality or costing an arm as well as a leg. And while ordinarily I use this laptop computer exclusively for word-processing and internet use; as a proof of idea I have played Fallout New Vegas on medium settings at native resolution. And as a ultimate note I have recommended this laptop computer to my close friends and I’d purchase it yet again in a heartbeat.
